Tree Lake is an established 1,5 acre lake, with carp and cat fish up to 40lbs plus…
situated in a small hamlet approximately 12km away from the main town of Mayenne.

This also includes a two bed stone cottage that sleeps 4-6 people.
Facilities include Satellite TV and all kitchen appliances.

Tree Lake is suited for a family fishing holiday, for couples and small groups with
a max of 2 to 3 anglers. The venue is situated in a small village with a cafe, bar
restaurant and bakery on the outskirts of Mayenne. The town of Mayenne, which has a
river passing through, is a very busy place with supermarkers, shops, cafe bars, restaurants etc.

10km away is a bigger carp water with bigger carp, that can be fished on a day ticket,
purchased from the local cafe.

Prices per week include hire of cottage and lake (Saturday to following Saturday).
Not included is the channel crossing or travel insurance.

Tree Lake is a little than 3 1/2 hours of stress free driving from the port of Calais.
The French roads are a very enjoyable drive, passing through magnificent scenery.
It is a quietly beautiful, secluded lake set in the outskirts of Mayenne.

The Cottage

2 bedroom stone cottage, sleeps four people (would sleep 6 if needed). Includes lounge/diner,
master bedroom and twin bedroom, kitchen and toilet.

Sofa bed on landing for 2 extra people. The cottage is well equipped with Satellite TV and DVD player,
gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave etc. All you need to bring is towels and bed linen.
The hire of fishing tackle is available at an extra charge.

which will be held for 10 days.

Terms and conditions will be forwarded on. Confirmation of your booking will be completed
once a deposit of £100 has been received.
